Healthy Shabu-Shabu-like steamed pork with cabbage and bean sprout

Ingredients of healthy Shabu-Shabu-like steamed pork
・Pork – We recommend to use pork for this recipe because pork’s taste is lighter than beef and include a just right amount of oil to make us feel the fullness.
・Vegetables – In this recipe, we usually use cabbage and sprout. Because they are including so much natural fiber which tend to be lack in normal Japanese diet life. And they are so easy to access and cost effective. Bean sprout can be got by 30 cent around.
・Mild Sesame sauce – This is not a mandatory item. You can taste shabu-shabu-like steamed pork just with soy sauce, salt or other seasonings. But we love to have sesame-mayonnaise sauce. It adds the mildness and rich flavor to the entire taste.
How to cook healthy Shabu-Shabu-like steamed pork
Spread the bean sprout on the bottom of the large dish.
And put the pork on that.

Prepare the sesame sauce. Grind the sesame seeds as a first step. We recommend you to use 50g of sesame at least. It can be adjustable according to your favor.
