Wash and rinse the Thai rice quickly. Drain in a sieve.
Cut off the head of the Goma Saba, remove the liver ,cut it in half and wash well. Then remove the bone carefully. Cut Japanese leek into small pieces.
Put vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper in a pan and heat over medium heat. When the aroma comes out, add rice and fry. When everything has blended together , add the mixed chicken stock granules and add Goma Saba, Edamame and cherry tomatoes.
When it comes to a boil, cover with a lid and turn the heat down to low. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes. Mix and season a little salt.
